Refund requests are accepted only during the active subscription period. After the subscription ends, refunds will not be granted unless required by local consumer protection laws.

1.2. Third-Party Purchases
If the subscription was purchased through external platforms (such as the App Store or Google Play), their individual refund policies apply. The company cannot guarantee refunds for purchases made through these services.

1.3. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases, the company reserves the right to issue a refund after the subscription has expired, subject to internal evaluation and legal considerations.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

2.1. For Direct Purchases
If you subscribed via our official website, you may qualify for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of your original payment;

  • You have actively followed the program:

    • At least 7 workouts or meditations for monthly or longer plans;

    • At least 3 sessions for weekly or biweekly plans;

  • You provide screenshots or evidence showing you completed the sessions as outlined.

2.2. How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to manager@echelon-app.com with the subject line: "Titan – Cancellation Request";

  • Include your full name, the email used for registration, subscription date, and a clear refund request;

  • Attach the screenshots that prove your activity in the program;

  • Your message must be submitted before your subscription period ends and within the 30-day window after payment.

2.3. Review & Approval
All requests are reviewed by our support team. You will be informed of the final decision via email. Refunds are processed only after approval.

3. Exemptions and Special Cases

3.1. Post-Period Requests
Refunds will not be issued after your subscription has expired, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

3.2. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds in situations unrelated to product quality or service delivery, such as network issues or third-party interference.

3.3. Local Regulations
Refunds may also be subject to national laws, such as:

  • California or Connecticut (USA): You may cancel a purchase within three business days for a full refund;

  • European Union: If you begin using the service immediately after purchase, your right to withdraw within 14 days may be waived under digital content rules.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1. Via App Stores

  • iOS (App Store): Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select the subscription → Cancel;

  • Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → Tap your profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Select the subscription → Cancel;

  • Web browser: Visit play.google.com → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel.

4.2. Via Website
Go to your profile in the app, navigate to the Billing Center, and cancel your subscription there.

5. Important Notes

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

  • Billing: Charges occur either immediately or after a trial, depending on your selected plan.

  • Reminders: You may receive trial-ending reminders, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Service Quality: The program is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

  • Refund ≠ Cancellation: Canceling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund. You must submit a separate request.
